In 2016 MET BREUR eCommerce platform was conceived through an iterative UX research and Design process. The goal of the project was to deliver high fidelity UX wireframes including content strategy and key findings from research to help the MET organization effectively address the needs of their boutique eCommerce customers for a holiday pop-up eStore.
I led research including contextual inquiry at the MET BREUER shop boutique, developed project requirements, content strategy, use cases, site maps and card sorting. While this project required working with an existing persona, an evidence based approach based in user research validated the existing research and provided new insights. Additionally, I led UI design and iterative prototyping of this unique luxury eCommerce solution utilizing best-in-class responsive design principles.
